Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not exchange or refund goods unless they were damaged or faulty when delivered. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Except where required by law, you must return damaged goods within 14 days of receipt - please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss options for your unique case and we will endeavour to help resolve any concerns you may have with maximum goodwill. SkinB5 will send you a postage paid return envelope if we request the return damaged or faulty goods for our inspection. Upon receipt of the returned defective or damaged product, we will dispatch your replacement items via standard delivery, at our expense. Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed upon our receipt of goods.

To start a return, you can contact us at team@skinb5.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
