Matcha SuperBOOSTER.

It’s basically an antioxidant powerhouse which contains less caffeine than regular coffee, it doesnt give you that crazy jittery feel, it also doesn’t have you crashing by 3pm or craving for more coffee. The biggest reason why I stopped drinking coffee was because it caused me to bloat instantly, and sometimes I would get acid reflux. Everyone’s different so you may not experience the same symptoms, or you may not even experience them at all, but if you wanted to make one healthier change in your diet today switching to matcha over coffee would be a great start! Today’s post I’m going to share a different kind of matcha recipe today – isn’t just matcha, this is a superfood blend full of even more antioxidants than matcha by itself. After getting psoriaris for the first time last year, due to a low immune system, my skin has never been the same. I used to get so many compliments about my skin, particularly on my face, however now I experience mild breakouts here and there. Since then I have definitely become so much more conscious of what I consume and put onto my skin, as whatever is on your skin gets absorbed into your body! MATCHA SUPERBOOSTER Ingredients: 1 tsp Matcha Powder (I use a brand thats from Japan – the pure stuff is the real stuff) 5g SkinB5 Superfood Booster 1 tbsp vanilla creamer (or coconut milk will work too, but vanilla creamer will add the sweetness already. If you use coconut milk, I’d advise to add in 1/2-1 tsp of honey)

Directions:

In a blender cup, add in matcha, superfood booster and vanilla creamer then add 1/4 warm to hot water.

Step 1

Using a matcha bamboo whisk, quickly whisk powders together until you get a deep green colour. Then add in more water until 3/4 full

Step 2

Using a nutribullet or blender, blend ingredients together

Step 3

Then enjoy!

If you want a cooler version, use cooler water instead, and add an ice cube if preffered.

SkinB5 Superfood Booster ingredients: Pre and probiotics, marine collagen, organic zinc and hemp protein, maca, ashwaganda, silica, omga 3, 6 and 9, vitamins A, B5, C, D and E, alkalising greens and high antioxidant superfruits. All these ingredients mentioned above are key vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids, amino acids, digestive enzymes, probiotics & prebiotics your skin needs for goodness. *Collagen already is one of my go-to ingredients to support my gut health and lining. So really, the collagen is a bonus! Enjoy! xo
