    Skin b5 tablets

    Bought these and taken for about 2 months so far.. dont see a huge difference (however I do notice that when I take them directly after eating food it does prompt my system to go toilet straight away n im assuming that's good for getting rid of toxins etc that can cause acne) ... currently one of my cheeks in clear and the other has a few breakouts (so I think maybe it also has something to do with the contraceptive pill im on) ill keep taking it for a few more months n see how I go coz the reviews online all seem very promising
