Foods with high levels of fibre, like apples, can help the body flush out toxins, which can lead to inflammation and clogged pores. Constipation has also been linked to skin conditions like acne. But a high-fiber diet with adequate hydration will help keep things moving smoothly.

2 apples sliced into wedges
¼ cup of almond or peanut butter
¼ cup of toasted oats or granola
¼ teaspoon of ground cinnamon
2 tablespoon of dark chocolate sauce
Cut apple into wedges. Carefully coat the tops of the apple wedges in almond butter. Next, sprinkle the top of each wedge evenly with granola. Drizzle the top with dark chocolate sauce. Place onto a serving tray and serve immediately. Enjoy.
