GINGERBREAD SMOOTHIE

If you are not quite feeling the holiday spirit just yet then this sweet, creamy gingerbread smoothie will surely get you the mood. This smoothie makes for a fantastic healthy holiday breakfast and here’s what you’ll need. INGREDIENTS
  • 1 banana
  • 3/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 teaspoon of ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 1 cup coconut milk or your preferred milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • A handful of ice
METHOD
  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
