Lemon ginger tea

  • 2 cups water
  • 1-inch piece ginger, peeled and sliced into rounds
  • 1-2 slices lemon (optional--for a more lemony drink)
  • 2 teaspoons lemon


Combine water, ginger, and lemon slices in a small saucepan; bring to boil over high heat. Once the mixture has come to boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
