Benefits of coconuts Coconut has been traditionally used in folk medicine for common ailments such as colds, constipation, cough, fever, flu, and upset stomach, even menstrual cramps (note to self – eat more coconuts). Coconuts are also packed with anti-oxidants which help protect the body from free radicals and promote a youthful appearance and healthy skin. So what are you waiting for let’s eat some J Ingredients:
  • ½ a cup of unsweetened coconut yogurt (these are available in your local grocery store)
  • ½ cup of sliced strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
  • A handful of walnuts
