Guilt Free Baked Potato Chips Anyone?

Preparation time: 5 minutes Cooking time: 20-25 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 potatoes, cut into thick slices
  • 3 tablespoons of grapeseed oil
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • A pinch of cayenne pepper

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 200 °Celsius or 400° Fahrenheit. Lightly coat the baking tray with the grapeseed oil. Place the potatoes evenly.
  • Sprinkle salt and cayenne pepper
  • Let it bake for about 20 -25 minutes and enjoy
