The melon water is infused with watermelon, cantaloupe, and honeydew melon. This is rich in vitamin C and Vitamin A, and Vitamin A is important for healthy teeth, skin, bone and it helps the vision system by promoting retinal health.

4 pieces of cantaloupe
4 pieces honeydew melon
Simply cut the fruits into small pieces. Pour the water into a jug or bottle and then let the water sit for about 15 minutes to allow the flavours to diffuse into it.
P.S don’t forget to eat the leftover fruits once you finish the jug.
