If you’re still perfecting your skincare routine or have no idea where to start, here’s what we recommend:
- Use a cleanse/moisturise routine morning & night.
Cleansing is an important step, which opens up the pores to remove any dirt/impurities, excess oil and dead skin cells built up on the skin’s surface.
We recommend using our SkinB5™ Gentle Cleansing Mousse morning & night to remove dead skin, excess oil and bacteria. Containing Green Tea and Aloe Vera to soothe the skin as it cleanses. (Do this step in the shower to save yourself some time.)
Moisturising is vital, to ensure your hydration is locked in and acts as a barrier between your delicate skin & the outside environment.
- Always remove makeup before bed.
Going to bed with makeup on encourages the growth of bacteria getting trapped within impurities in your skin.
While you sleep is the perfect time to allow your skin to heal & regenerate, allow it to do that to its full potential by being clean and dirt-free.
- Use a deep cleansing mask.
Leave the clay mask on for 5 minutes after cleansing at least once per week.
- Take your supplements.
Essential to your regime and should be treated just as important as cleansing.

Tips for remembering your supplements:
- Keep any supplements visible in your kitchen if you have to take them with food, and remember to take them with you for work/school/travel.
