Pita Chips

Snacks are essential for keeping you going between meals. These pita chips are loaded with fiber and some vitamins and minerals which will keep you looking healthy and beautiful. Simply use a whole pita bread and cut them into triangular shapes. Place them onto a bake tray and brush the pita chips with some olive oil, sprinkle some garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Place them into the oven, at 400 °Fahrenheit or 200° Celsius for about 5 minutes until brown (make sure you keep an eye on them as they burn quickly).
