Avocado Pasta

Avocados are rich in healthy fatty acids, vitamins and antioxidants that can improve your skin from the inside. This recipe has a balance of nutrients, from healthy fats to vitamins in greens like spinach and the antioxidant power of garlic. So if you want beautiful looking skin, make this recipe a part of your diet.

Preparation time: 5 minutes Cooking time: 10 minutes


  • ½ a packet of rice pasta
  • 3 avocados
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 2 table spoons of olive oil
  • 1 cup of fresh basil
  • 1 cup of fresh spinach
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh lime
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt
  • ½ cup of green onions
  • Boil your pasta according to directions in well-salted water.
  • In a food processor, pulse avocados, garlic, basil, lime, spinach, green onions, olive oil and salt, until smooth.
  • Once the pasta is done boiling, drain and combine the pasta and pesto together. Enjoy.
