Avocado Pasta

Ingredients
- ½ a packet of rice pasta
- 3 avocados
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 2 table spoons of olive oil
- 1 cup of fresh basil
- 1 cup of fresh spinach
- 2 tablespoons of fresh lime
- ¼ teaspoon of salt
- ½ cup of green onions
- Boil your pasta according to directions in well-salted water.
- In a food processor, pulse avocados, garlic, basil, lime, spinach, green onions, olive oil and salt, until smooth.
- Once the pasta is done boiling, drain and combine the pasta and pesto together. Enjoy.
