Roasted corn with chilli lime and butter

Fun Fact: Corn can actually be classified as a vegetable, fruit, and grain, depending on its maturity when harvested.
Ingredients:
- 2 pieces of fresh corn
- 2 Tablespoons of butter
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 lime, zested
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Method:
- Preheat oven to 350 ° Fahrenheit or 180 ° Celsius
- Place the corn directly on the oven rack and roast for about 25-30 minutes until it is soft. (To check if it is soft just simply press on it)
- While the corn is roasting, combine the butter with the chili powder and lime zest. Rub the corn with soft butter mixture, and garnish with a lime wedge.
