Summer Spinach Salad- Acne fighting foods

This leafy salad staple is another source of omega-3s, the nutrient that our skin can't get enough of. It also is packed with antioxidants which works to repair skin cells and keep your skin looking clear and beautiful. Here’s a salad recipe with some major skin benefits.

Summer Spinach Salad


  • 2 cups spinach, baby
  • 2 Tablespoon Balsamic vinaigrette
  • 2 Tablespoon cheese, goat
  • 1 medium carrot chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon walnuts, chopped


Rinse and thoroughly dry spinach leaves. Place spinach in a serving bowl. Add vinaigrette and toss to combine. Top with goat cheese, carrots, and walnuts and serve.
