Prep Time: 10 minutes Serves: 2 Our Healthy Valentine’s Day Smoothie not only tastes decadent but also supports proper immune function and improves skin cell regeneration. The pomegranate seeds, in particular, contain powerful bursts of vitamin C, vitamin K, fibre, and omega 3 fatty acids among other goodies. The ancient Greeks celebrated these gem-like seeds as an increaser of abundance, mood, fertility, and … well … let’s just say they make this drink the perfect Valentine’s Day treat. Ingredients: 1 cup of almond milk ½ cup of pomegranate seeds 1 cup of frozen raspberries, blueberries and blackberries 1 banana (frozen if you wish to make a thicker drink) 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice Method:
  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth. If the mixture is too runny, add more frozen berries.
  2. Pour into chilled wine glasses and toast to a romantic and refreshing drink done right!
